HAPS Agency was founded by Michael and Rhoda Todoran—partners in work and life since 1989.
Michael spent over a decade as a licensed landscape architect, working in studios where every line was tied to meaning. He understands what it takes to get a project built—and what gets overlooked in the process. He also knows how frustrating it can be when your firm’s best work goes unnoticed.
Rhoda brings over 10 years of experience as a digital producer and strategic lead. She’s launched large-scale campaigns, guided creative teams through complexity, and delivered under pressure—while keeping the human element at the center.
Together, they started HAPS Agency with a simple idea: great design deserves to be seen, remembered, and talked about.
